Another idea. Edit the 13 episodes down into a film but always make every scene relevant to a particular character rather than adding all the best bits. I'm just contributing ideas.

I kna what you're saying. But it's going to be predictable however you edit it. My angle would be... do a narrative over the scenes from one character's point of view - all written by the lads who write scripts on your fan fiction. It will be unpredictable and refreshing.
