Re: Desert Island Discs

Great stuff! And have you noticed the opening and closing track played on each ‘Desert Island Disc’ podcast is the very same track played following the ‘Breaking Away’ intro to Series 1, Episode 10, ‘Last Rites’ when Barry and Moxey are sunbathing! Another link to The Pet... how ironic! Erm - I thi...

Fantastic photo! Here's an extract from the Episode 5 guide, 'Home Thoughts From Abroad'. The red asterisk indicates the position Dennis, Oz, Neville, Wayne and Tracy were standing in the image above. The terrace house in the background behind the trees is on Stratfield Road. The red arrow beside th...

ADVERTS - FUNNY WHAT CATCHES YOUR EYE...

Found this on Scotswood Road, Newcastle today (28.11.13) - a stones throw from the opening drug dealing scene in AWP, episode 3.

I wonder where they got the idea for their slogan from???

Re: Thank you Howard

You’ve got it! After speaking to Herr Grunwald the lads are seen walking into the site in Norderstedt to find their ‘hut’. The next time you see them they’re on English soil walking past the Turks hut before meeting Bomber! You can see the direction/route they take at Elstree on the episode guide he...

Re: Thank you Howard

Any chance of seeing the Playboy Billboard ? Simply for the historic art value ofcourse ! @Tracy: There most certainly is! Click 'Set Building #3' (no.3) on the main plan. Then click position K. The 'historic art value' has been captured to perfection on image 2 of 3! Enjoy! http://www.auf-pet.com/...

The first scene when Grunwald comes out of the green hut, I always thought it was the front entrance and the admin office but it's from the rear of the site....
