If I Were A Carpenter Episode Dissection

Post by Auf Wiedersehen, Pet » Sun Jul 14, 2013 10:14 am

From Monday 15th of July, we are going to dig deep, and pull this episode apart.
Instead of watching the episode as you would normally, look in the background, follow the extras, look for mistakes, try and date the filming of the episode, notice anything out of place, anything new. Basically anything that you haven't noticed before.

Doubt I'll shed any new light, but I'll be scrutinising tomorrow.

I think Darlington has only been mentioned twice (why twice?).

I gotta one, when Bomber has told Nev 'it's the straight and narrow for Bomber from now on'. Bomb is laying bricks in double quick time, he puts two on, doesn't put any cement on the ends, grabs two more, and suddenly the cement has appeared at the join.

Also the bloke in the car behind Oz's Zephyr when they get off the ferry, (the one used in the crop game thread the other day) looks like he might be the doirty old pervert at the brothel in the mac. He walks past the camera after Bomber has collected the little blonde.
Maybe's, maybe not.

The bloke who Nev is playing that dice game with, (the Eric with the glasses) is the same bloke at the bar in 'The Fugative' when the lads are singing 10 green bottles.
What a co-incidence eh, he gans to same village in Germany the same time as the lads. :D
