Still vacuming like a maniac. Not seen any in the house though. Don't seem to be any on Dave and he's not scratching now. I feel sick. I clean my house every day and bath Dave once a month and keep him clean so why did this happen to me? The vet made me feel sick she said she gets house cats taken in with fleas and they've never been out of the house. She said every house has fleas but they lie dormant. If you have a really good clean you'll disturb them. Maybe that's what i did when I got my new henry hoover the other month I went beserk with it all round the house so maybe i woke them up. Really peed off now though and depressed. Of all the chavvy trampy dirty sods you see walking round and this has to happen to me. It's not fair.

Come on Lou, cheer up mate. It was because you take such pride in your home that these little bastards came to life. You're right about one thing. Life is not fair. But just think, when all this is over, you will be able to say, "Auf Wiedersehen Pit !"

Finally looks like they're all dead. Dave hasn't scratched for a week now and not seen one on him. That stuff must have worked. Fingers crossed that's the end of them.

Yes I am rid of the buggers!
If anyone has this problem I recommend Advocate for your dog and RIP Flea for your house . Both prescribed by the vet
