The Line - Lets Be Careful out There - has to be a classic, and (don't tell anybody?) had a fling with a nurse who looked just like the Public Defender Joyce Davenport (Veronica Hammill) before I met the current love of my life, who, incidentally is a big AWP fan, like me.

Watched The Chief Super's Party today. Ted Roach was my fave as a kid, and he's still as good as I recall!

Forgot Burnside was back in this ep too. Sparring with Galloway and fancying June. Crazy ol' days back then!! Oh, and Litton too. Weird he was just in the last ep. Maybe filming on Prospects had just finished or summat? :)

Anyway, that's series 2 done. Series 3 next, then onto 4 where it all changed....

:)

Was a great time that. Think I said before, All Fall Down is my fave ep of all where CID are disbanded during the big Beech story. Yup, great days.

Cant wait for Burnside as the Guv tho in series 4. Gonna be awesome :D

Yeah I've been watching some of them, we're getting close to when Beech is found out and the whole of CID is shook up.

I'd forgotten how much of a 'tidy boiler' Vicky Hagen was

I've just realised Drama are now showing the Bill! Great.
My fav years was the Des Taviner and Reg Hollis years.
Des burnt down the nick to stop some incriminating evidence against him,
Killing a few people on the way!
Des used to call Reg, Reggie Babe. Great double act!

Also when Todd Carty came into it as the twisted Gabriel Kent, I never thought he would pull it off after years of knowing him as Mark Fowler, but he did.

Halfway through series 3. Just watched the one with Shaw and Ackland and the booze in the boot.

To be fair the early one hour ones have been a bit of a slog. Can't wait for the Volume 1 DVD. The 30-minuters. And.....

I did find it funny when Shaw kept referring to June as "Ackers" :D

His face at the end is priceless to when that bloke from the accident turns up
