I love all this sort of stuff - the paranormal, UFOs, conspiracy etc.

What do you think? Sometimes i'm shocked at how closed minded people are, but each to their own.

Do you have any spooky tales that have happened to you?

I wish I did

I think the UFO thing peaks my interest the most. Always has. But, given we must have maybe 7 billion devices capable of taking pics and filming on the planet, surely we can see something more than blobs of light and stuff.

Then again, if we did get something good, i'm sure it'd be declared 'fake'.

Right now though it's getting like a paranoia thriller - those who say yay, those who say nay. Shills, cover ups, what ifs, wikileaks, MSM lies....

It goes on.

Since September 2006 i got a bit more into the Paranormal.. and used to help Team lead Ghost Hunt events with a chap off Most Haunted' who did series 2,3,4 and recent live events in years passed... an interesting subject to say the least.. with UFO's and Alien's.. well thats a far more unexplained subject isnt it.. not sure 100% whether i believe fully in them or not. Me and a group of friends saw something all at the same time years back in the 90's.. UFO looking.. but still unexplained to this day.. Can be a long discussion with these sort of things..

Having never experienced anything supernatural myself, I find it weird that I believe in this kind of thing. I mean, i'm just believing in other people and what they say.

I think the thing that started my UFO obsession was an experience my mam and dad had in the 80's when I was a toddler.

They woke up one night with lights flashing round the room and a 'whooshing' sound coming from outside. They had the covers up to their chins and daren't look outside. Next thing they knew they woke up next morning. To this day they wish they'd looked out of the window.

Now, logic says it was a street cleaner or something. But where we lived, on a housing estate in Brandesholme, Hull, no way would it be a cleaning machine

I was brushing my teeth about 11 one night before going into graft. I'm sure in the reflection of the mirror, I saw someone walk past the half open door and up the hallway. I checked who had got up and no one was there, they were still tucked up in bed. It still gives the shivers thinking about it.

Things like that cause me to put EVERY light on in the house.. even to this day i hear things in the kitchen when im in the living room watching tv, that is AFTER the mrs has gone to bed and ALL cats are there with her.. Weird.. Happens regular too.

I kna, McGurk must have stowed away on Breaking Away's plane. Well he could have, with those new jumper and jeans. And he would have a new passport, "Are you the one that wants the doins ?" So he sneaks through when customs are tearin the Away's bags apart lookin for pornographic videos. There it is, The Aways have a new houseguest who only comes oot to play when they are 'Away' or asleep. Hope Breaking has plenty of beers in the fridge. No super glue mind !!!

I've only just seen this thread. Very interesting as my son Max can see angels and spirits. I know it sounds mad but he told me 4 yrs ago when we moved house. He'd kept it to himself before as he thought he was weird in some way. Anyway as I said we'd just moved house and he told me he'd seen an angel in my bedroom,it reached as high as the ceiling. It was then he told me he'd been able to see things like this since he was really little. He's told me lots of things about dead relatives who come and talk to him and things they've said only I would have known about. Also I had a major operation 5 years ago and he said that after I came home from hospital i always had two angels either side of me. The house we now live in was built on the site of a hospital years ago and he said he's seen people from there. He also has a red indian spirit guide who looks after him. He has also seen my husbands pet dog from childhood at my father in laws house. He described her to a tee, we had never mentioned the dog to him before and there were no photos. He said she still wanders round the house. I've always been open minded to this sort of stuff and to be honest it's not at all scary. What do you lot think on the subject....... :shock
