Steptoe & Son
Doctor Who (1963 - 85)
The Sweeney
Minder
Bulls-Eye (Another great Central TV production)
Family Guy (Series 1 to 3)
Apart from the failed revival attempts of Minder and The Sweeney, these are the only other shows that I consider untouchable along with AWP. The runner-ups are Early Doors, Red Dwarf (Series 1 to 6), Ever Decreasing Circles, Whatever Happened To The Likely Lads? and anything to feature both Rik Mayall and Adrian Edmondson.

I saw an episode on Challenge recently, and during the 1st couple of series, instead of a professional Dartist throwing for charity they had various 'celebs' and who should be on the one I saw? Our very own Pat Roach!
Unfortunately, haven't been able to find it on YouTube or anything, otherwise we could have added it to the site

Yeah, I remember that one. It was before they were about to shoot the 2nd series of AufPet, wasn't it?

I saw one where Grotbags from Rod Hull and Emu was throwing the arrows. I can't remember her real name, Carol something I think it is.

IMDB gives the date (I assume transmission rather than recording) as 19.11.84 so, yes, just before the filming of series 2.
Should have had Magowan on it - never gets beat, him!

Maybe he couldn't get on there because he broke a chair over the producer's head. Probably for the best; he would've nicked the dartboard.

I think by the time Boon was on the rules had been changed on Bullseye so that only pro Dart Players could do the charity round.
However they did have 2 or 3 excellent Christmas specials featuring Celebs and as Boon moved to Nottingham along with Bullseye having Elphick would have been a brilliant choice.

Yeah, I saw one of those Xmas specials with Frank Bruno in.
"What's the plane called, Frank?"
"Harry...Harriet?"
"Correct!"

Just think how many people we can annoy on both sides of the world!
(Wor lass has already voiced her displeasure. "As if we don't hear it enough!" etc)
