I'd not seen Breaking Bad until the last month. Half way through series 2 now.
never watched X Factor or Strictly. Never will.
Dunno what else is popular. I did watch soaps as a kid.
I don't think i've made it through an ep of Fawlty Towers. Does nothing for me. *Waits to be burned at stake

I thought it had been many a year ago, not going to bet my bollocks on it though. That would be stupid...Tracy wrote:Spender ! Not seen in New Zealand on free to air tv. Not that Im aware of anywees !

Never watched this Breaking Bad, have nee idea what it's about like.

Re: Popular Tv series/Films you've never seen.
Everyone I know who's seen Breaking Bad says it's the best programme ever made.
I must say it's very very addictive. But it's yet to reach those lofty heights for me. Although everyone I know is on series 4/5.
I'm only on 2.
It looking good though, esp after the last ep I saw

Watched a few episodes and I likes it. Will start to watch it through after Dexter ends in a couple of weeks.

Breaking Bad is everything a TV series should be. Its a million miles from Pet and some scenes I just could not watch BUT for me, the whole thing is an adventure into a world I have never experienced and hopefully never will. Funny thing is, Walt's world and mine have collided on some scales. I introduced my daughter and soon to be son in law to it. They hooked. Now my daughter sometimes sends a txt, 'ding ding ding.' Just started watching Series 5...

I thought you meant Meth there, Tracy. Now I understand what you mean. In my defence, it is very early (though not in NZ, obviously)...Tracy wrote: I introduced my daughter and soon to be son in law to it. They hooked.

They've obviously never seen Auf Wiedersehen, Pet.Si wrote:Everyone I know who's seen Breaking Bad says it's the best programme ever made.
I've never seen loads of popular films, like The Lion King, any of the Jurassic Park films and I only saw Trainspotting for the first time this year.
On TV, I've never seen an episode of Minder or Boon. I don't watch a lot of TV these days; it's either soaps for six hours every night, people preparing food or baking cakes or rich middle-class people agonising over which £750,000 house to buy.

yeah my heart bleeds when yet another yummy mummy who hasn't worked a day in her life agonizes over which Corian surface to have in her new kitchen.

Totally agree, seems every other programme is cookery based or property shows. Although I don't mind Sarah Beeney, big bristols...

Virtually any film - I just have no interest in them whatsoever. Also anything sci-fi.
And I've never even heard of Breaking Bad except for on here!
