Las Vegas Building series 3?
What is the name of the building where Oz, Dennis and Neville go searching for Chip in Las Vegas?

Have a look at Series 3 locations.

Re: Las Vegas Building series 3?
Ok thanks, im going to Vegas in October so will see if I can find it.

Re: Las Vegas Building series 3?
I love Las Vegas
For info, the back ground scene where Oz goes out to meet Chip on a girder shows Circus Circus (pink & white tent) directly in line with the Stratosphere hotel (tall spiked tower), which could have been filmed from Treasure Island hotel roof at that time and super imposed later.
Grab a coffee and tuna sarnie and see if it's right.
They also walk past the Paris hotel on the strip and stop to look at the fountains at the Bellagio hotel also on the strip (you'll instantly recognise them).

Never been, is it all gambling and showtime, I'm not into all that stuff. Id love to see an Elvis there though .what is there to do in the daytime, just for future references like

Re: Las Vegas Building series 3?
If you like Elivis Lou, then this is the place.
There are a number of Elvis tribute shows on which are all excellent, some of which are free. You can even hire a Las Vegas Elvis impersonator to drive you round in a Pink Caddy entertaining you as you go!
The casinos are 'bustini' even if you don't gamble, just watching and meeting new people is great.
It's got something for everyone from ages 6 - geriatrics and from budget to luxury and a lot of things are free.
There is so much to do away from the strip as well, from the atomic testing museum to Area 51 to the Grand Canyon to old western towns with shoot outs to driving super cars and shooting machine guns.
You can also become a dolphin trainer for the day and get up close to white tigers or drive through a national park and see the wild life up close.
The size of the place is hard to describe other than enormous. One 'intersection' has 16,000 hotel rooms alone, and the strip is wider than the M6 in parts. You realise why Dennis wouldn't go out to meet Chip. There are a couple of 'rides' that take you out over the top of the building so you can preteend you're Oz! I bottled it after paying for them.
What would you like to do?

Cheers for the info rodoz. 4 weeks until I go for my big 50th birthday. Im not a gambler, just going for the entertainment. I can't wait.

Re: Las Vegas Building series 3?
Sooooo jealous Gibbo42 cos I can't gan.
Can I recommend the bus tour, it's hop on & hop off and takes you round all the main sights of the strip and down town. The host keeps you entertained all the way round.

If you get off at Circus Circus, Riviera boulavard is right across the strip. Walk about 1/2 a mile till you get to Turnberry Place buildings, this is where you see Oz, Dennis and Neville go searching for Chip at ground level. These were under construction in 2003. If I sound like a Vegas geek, it's because I am!

You have to go out on a steel beam to prove youve been where Oz and Chip were..
