On The Lump - Article

Post by Auf Wiedersehen, Pet » Sun May 11, 2014 5:11 pm

Thanks to the superlative map reading skills of Senor Breaking Away, we have these fantastic scans of 1980's magazines such as The Listener and other assorted TV mags.

I know Breaking tried his very best to get as many scans done as possible, and I have spent the weekend going through them. Currently I have 2 pages online, 1 entitled 'On The Lump' about Series 1 starting in New Zealand, and a few assorted TV Listings from Series 1 to 3.

Huge thanks to Alastair for taking the time to get these articles for the Fansite.

Good stuff, it always amazes me how the non UK media have so many better pictures and interviews with the cast

Loving that picture of them around Barry's motorbike. So the second series was supposed to be set in 1986, judging by that text in the second link and Wayne's mention of "Class of 82" in that same episode.
