Any chance of a reunion?
This may seem like a ridiculous question but does anyone think they'll ever grt the remaining lads together for another adventure? Its such a shame there was such a gap between series 2 and the later ones they did!
Re: Any chance of a reunion?
Never say never is what I always say. I'm still in a state of shock that they got back together for a series 3. You never know though but. I think they should quit while they're ahead! I'll only be interested in another series if they chuck them in a craphole in the middle of nowhere in England, with just miles of field and a pub. Oh did I just describe Thorney Manor?

Never say never, but the lads are getting on a bit now.
I would of liked a spin off show for Oz, but i cant imagine that happening

Hey thats a canny jumper man!
Re: Any chance of a reunion?
I reckon they should do another Germany one myself.
Re: Any chance of a reunion?
I can't see it happening. I can't think how the writers could do it without it being too contrived.
Re: Any chance of a reunion?
Maybe a reunion special no so much a series but like update the story. That would apease many fans. But it's also matching schedules and to be honest they did say that was the last after series 4.I think if they had the full cast that they might have made more earlier on.

Its sad really, many people i see commenting on the Youtube episodes always say the same thing, 'BEST TV PROGRAM EVER', yet here we are now in 2013 and although sadly cast have passed on we still cant get a new episode.. but it is loads different in TV nowdays isnt it..

Re: Any chance of a reunion?
The weird thing is, maybe I'm turning into my Dad, or TV is really going down the toilet.
Since Xmas, and apart from 'A Great Night Out' which I though was terrific, there has been nothing on at all! ITV now seems to plow 20 million into Downton Abbey, which I have never watched because its not my thing.
I do find, TV channels don't make anything that appeals to a mass audience anymore.
Downton and Mr Selfridge, and the rest of the period stuff are a huge turn off for me, but that doesn't mean they are rubbish, just not for me.
TV has massively changed, and the only real channel making anything decent seems to be Sky1, which is making some home grown British stuff, not all my cup of tea, but some pretty decent dramas such as 'Mad Dogs', which just like 'A Great Night Out' was excellent in every way.
I've made me point.

I think it was right time, right place with AWP, people related their own lives struggles to the working man, trouble is nowadays people see themselves as middle class, middle class folks don't go down the pub anymore or really struggle to put food on the table, hardship nowadays is not having Sky telly or a laptop, 30 years ago, it was no heating or enough food.

Rule Britannia, Marmalade & Jam,
5 Chinese crackers up your a**ehole,
Bang, Bang, Bang, Bang, Bang!
