Finally after many years, managed to talk the wife round to watching the first series and 5 episodes in I think she is starting to enjoy them. Does anybody else share a similar situation, I'm a huge pet fan and it's been difficult to talk her round.
Also managed to talk her into a meal at the Barley Mow this Sunday, what a result....

> will have the bairn also so hoping they have a childs menu.

looking at the menu they have a lot more on offer now days, but it looks like a few more quid as well like....
I'm hoping the landlord as a nice daughter and we may get kicked out before paying the tab

Locals were a bit weird. Sitting round eating pigeon breast and drinking mini bottles of champagne. Looked at us like we were aliens. Only at barley mow though. Everywhere else was ok.
