Totally agree, part of me wishes I'd never seen the specials, apart from the very last scene on the ferry it's very forgettable. If Gary, then Pat hadn't both died we could have been discussing many many fantastic series apart from just 1&2.

I'm not a fan of 3 4 or the special. All a bit far fetched and the music did my head in

Worth trying series four again if you've not seen it much. Pet aside, it stands up as a decent comedy/drama in its own right. It certainly doesnt 'look' 13 years old. The music is nice too :P
