Waynes Oakville Jacket from series one.

Just going through some stuff and the paperwork with pictures that I printed out from Ebay for Waynes red and blue Oakville jacket from series one as auctioned by Pat Roach. This was March 2004 and bidding started at £100. If I remember correctly it sold for £1200. Was tempted to buy it myself but the wife intervened as they so often do and that was that. Wonder who has it now?

At the end of last year I contacted the Oakville(minor oaks) ice hockey club in Canada and got a reply from the club secreatery. She told me that the said jacket that Wayne had on was from the late 70s and her sons and husband all had one back in the day. She also informed me that she still had her husbands one until a couple of years back when she gave it to one of them doorstop charity cloths collection firms, otherwise she would have happy posted it to me. Bit of a sickener.
