Sad news about Allen McKeown.
I am going to do something on the front page as a small gesture of our (The Fans) thanks for bringing Pet to the screen.

Each and every one of the names on this list, be they main characters, lesser roles, or anyone involved bakstage in writing, directing, filming or whatever left behind an everlasting legacy that will never be forgotten by true fans of what, IMHO, is by far the greatest comedy drama series ever aired on TV.

Thanks and Auf wiedersehen to them all. R.I.P.

Aye, it's the facts of life I guess. Whenever I enjoy a Carry On film, it's with a degree of sadness as most of the stars are no longer with us.

I guess, and I think it's fair to say, most of us are in our 30s (ish) and the faces we knew as kids are slowly leaving us.

I am the proud brother of Caroline Hutchison (Vera Patterson) and wanted to let the kind keeper of the Fallen Heroes Memorial Wall know that Carrie would have greatly appreciated correcting the spelling of her surname...

Thank you!
I should have asked before, but if you're reading this, can you say when Caroline was born? To add to her memorial line. Thanks.

Is it just me..... When I see this at the top me heart misses a beat as I wonder who has passed on....

Aye its hard taking in the ages of the main characters now, time waits for no man as they say.

The irony being you posting (and then men quoting your post) moves it to the top? :D

For those of us who are a bit morbid there is a website called Death List that lists celebrities they think who are likely to pass on this year. Out of a list of 50 they seem to average about 25% accuracy.....
