Had a day in front of the TV today and have so far seen James Booth in two episodes of Lovejoy playing a jewish antique dealer and then turned over to watch Minder only to see Tim Healy playing a heavy and getting a beating from Terry Mcann. Happy days.

Berwick Kaler was of course in Spender and in Auf Pet, Vera's boyfriend and actor Donald McBride played Robbie in the episode Family Business and played Douglas, in Marjorie Doesn't live here anymore, "Jean, get yourself in here".

Also, Melanie (Hazel) Hill is in it, hugging Jimmy Nail at one point. She may be a regular, I never watched it so I dunno. She was of course in Bread too.

John Bowler ( Howard Radcliffe) was in Watching and The Bill for ages as of course was Kevin Lloyd (Harry Blackburn). And Mel Hill was there as Jim Carver's girlfriend.

An episode of Minder was on today and Tim Healy was in it, playing a baddie (I think) alongside Mel Smith.

Timothy Spall played Andy in the Red Dwarf ep 'Back to Reality'.

Chris Fairbank was in Life on Mars.

James Bate (Hallwood) was in When the Boat Comes In.

Tim Healy and Denise Welch were both in Coronation Street, but not at the same time.

According to IMDB, Tim was in it in one episode in 1976, and then again for a couple of weeks in 2006 as a different character.

Pat Roach was in loads of TV shows over the years. But the one that sticks in my mind is an episode of "The Detectives" with Jasper Carrott and Robert Powell.
Pat played a corrupt policeman who was involved in a scam of stealing rare birds eggs on the Isle of Wight.
But there is a classic scene where Pat is in full "Bomber" voice when he punches Jasper and leaves Powell hanging in the air in a pub scene.

Tim Healy was also in it, as a Boxing Coach dealing high powered steroids.....
