Just done a colonel blimp!
Some little kids in the back field worrying the cows. I ran over and shouted "oi! You lot!"

Re: Talking Pet In Real Life
Flat downstairs from mine is being renovated and they ripped out the kitchen today. As I walked past them on my way out, I said "Hey you've got your work cut out here havent ya?"

Re: Talking Pet In Real Life
A couple recently...
Been painting the flat and while I was stirring the paint before starting I told the missus: "I dont think this place merits primer."
Also a mate did a favour for me that involved driving somewhere so I thanked him and said "Take a tenner for petrol" - and he replied "Ta" as well

Just spent the best part of 3 hours blowing up and filling a paddling pool in the garden for my little lad. My daughter turns round and says, " not that big, is it!"
I replied, "oh, yours is olympic sized is it "

Not been on here for a while but great to see this thread still going strong...
Couple for you from a trip away I had recently -
Firstly in the airport when we landed - the family were all waiting for the luggage to come through
and I walked up to the carousel and said in my deepest German accent 'I think, there is not a case
here'
Then when we got to where we were staying I said 'we're not exactly in the most picturesque part of
town, but it doesn't matter does it... apparently this hotel is situated between a bullring on one side and the
abattoir on the other'
