I think it's likely very late 90s - early 2000s judging from the vintage of the 3 Series and the Yaris in the photo - the Yaris for example was only launched in 1999 if my memory serves me right..

I'm only guessing like. Will have to dig out the 2007 photograph to compare but I know it's only a side of the pub shot, but can't remember the ivy being that bad. By the way what has happened to my avatar by the way....
