Re: Locations Not Found.
aye.. all Barry's side of the road have the same pointed arch, most the other side of the road have what we see behind Oz and Mox... overall its probably that side somewhere, as to what house EXACTLY.. who knows.. end of the day another one is 99% NAILED!

This angle is not seen in AWP earlier episodes but this could be the background for 'Any Chance Of A Cuppa?'

Re: Locations Not Found.
Reet, back to the boating lake, I put this on another (the old?) forum ages ago....the boating lake scene with Dennis and Vera is DEFINITELY Alexandra Palace boating lake, London. The clincher is the polystyrene cups they're drinking out of.....in 1981-3, there was a temporary building built to house exhibitions etc after Alexandra Palace burnt down a year earlier. This was called the Alexandra Pavilion, and a new logo was made up, a curved 'AP', this was on the front of the pavilion and all associated merchandise, including cups! Dennis and Vera are drinking out of 'AP' cups, and the whole boating lake area still looks pretty much the same now (without the Newcastle City Council signs!). So, I can pop up and take a few snaps, it's only 10 mins on the train. Also, an episode of the Professionals was filmed in the children's playground next to the boating lake, if that's of any interest! I'm off to bed now!

Re: Locations Not Found.
Sorry for the delay guys, been in Scotland for a week, brrrr.
I don't know if this attachment will work, but this first pic is of the boating lake at Alexandra Palace, London N22, a shot which nearly mirrors the one on a previous page, as you will see the early 80's boats have been upgraded somewhat!

This next one is of the fence that had the Newcastle City Council on, the cafe that was there has been moved and rebuilt just to the right, that will be the next shot!
