I managed to get hold of this NME from 1984, and gladly it has a great interview with Gary.
The 80's were a time of Tabloid Hacks pursuing the cast and especially Gary doing everything. The NME has done a great job of getting some nice answers and banter from Gary in this interview.

I apologise for the way the page is laid out. The NME was a great big paper back then and scanning wasn't easy thats why its split up into pieces. Anyway, enjoy.

2016 will see Auf Wiedersehen, Pet celebrating 30 years of Series 2, the greatest of all the series I'm sure many will agree, and some not. We will be making 2016 a great year and will be sharing quite a lot of gear and maybe some other stuff.....
