I think the song in the mugging scene was a cover of Jim Diamond's Never let you Down. The same chap who sang hi ho silver, theme tune to Boon.
That safety dance video used to petrify my little sister as she's always had a dwarf phobia. I remember we used to put the video of it on and she'd scream the house down.

Spot on Lou, it was sung by Ingrid Peters.
I had it on You Tube but its been blocked now on copyright grounds as per usual. That version gave me Goosebumps every time I heard it, took me right back to being 11 again and watching Private Lives....

It's in an older post on here from about a year or so ago. The original video in YT has been taken down now sadly.

Sorry about that, I though you meant it was the safety dance playing in the background on the mugging clip.
