30 Facts Countdown
As mentioned Howrads Topic is locked to make sure it keeps a proper countdown.
I really love the fact that we can go back so far and see what the plot was or wasn't in this case...

Re: 30 Facts Countdown
Only thing I would mention is that there has been some development around there as there is a tower block that you can clearly see in AWP and Eastenders and that would have certainly been built post 1945....

Re: 30 Facts Countdown
Apparently that Tower Block was famous in that area of London, and anyone watching Pet who knew the area would know that it was that Tower Block straight away....

Re: 30 Facts Countdown
This is a great website for all things ATV and Elstree.
What is quite remarkable, is how similar Honey Lane was/is to EastEnders!
Pub names have royal connection, Duchess of Verona and The Queen Victoria....
The link takes you to Honey Lane page.

Fact #5.
Nice bit on the Tower Block.
I think its in the book about people from the area knowing about Pet being filmed there because of it.

Re: 30 Facts Countdown
Believe it or not people, Howard has actually held back from releasing these facts to me before putting them online. I must say, and Howard and I have had long chats about the Beco part of the site, that it still amazes me that we are STILL finding new things about the show 30 years later!
We have the mistakes section, but I have never thought of looking at parts of part built walls to find continuity errors. Brilliant stuff, and so much more to come.

Re: 30 Facts Countdown
More great stuff Howard. In interest, how did you find out about the Buckhorner Moor location?
