30 years ago tonight at 9pm, the final episode from Series 1 of Auf Wiedersehen, Pet aired on ITV, 'When The Boat Goes Out'.
This episode saw the lads deciding on their futures, do they want to stay in Germany and pay tax, or catch the ferry back home to possible unemployment and zero prospects?
