Episode 8 of Series 2 of Auf Wiedersehen, Pet was filmed in Nottinghamshire and Newcastle Upon Tyne. Series 2 was based at Lenton Lane Studios in Nottingham, so the location scouts for this series used the Midlands as their base for many of the locations.
