Behind The Scenes Series 1
The lads spent many a night in that hut in Düsseldorf, except they never spent one night in a hut in Düsseldorf, as most of the
filming for Series 1 was done on the backlot of Elstree Studios in Hertfordshire, England. Many fans already know that the backlot
is now home to the EastEnders set. What you may not know is how they created the first series, who wrote the episodes and
much more. This Series 1 collection features many never before seen pictures from 1982/83 of the cast and crew on location. You
can also read the original TV Listings as featured in the TV Times back in 1983/84, find out when scenes were filmed, what
happened to Barry’s bike and more.
