This is a Series 1 Press Picture that were sent out to members of the press prior to the show being aired on television, for purposes of building up audiences and getting the show out there to viewers. Press pictures were made in relatively small numbers usually in the hundreds, were used for their purpose and then disposed of, so surviving copies can be rare. For some reason in this picture, the head of Kevin Whately is almost chopped off, I have no idea why.
